An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multicultural Social Support worker to provide group and individual social support services to assist frail older people to participate in community life and feel socially included through structured, group-based activities or individual services that develop, maintain, or support independent living and social interaction whilst facilitating their wellness and reablement goals.
You will work with our participants in Eastern Sydney and be based at our Marrickville office. The clients speak Russian, so fluency in the language is required.
